PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

- 20+ years of international Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) and Occupational Health & Safety experience across Saudi Arabia and Oman in oil & gas, petrochemical, construction, EPC, commissioning and high-risk industrial operations.
- Career progression through HSE Officer, HSE Supervisor, HSE Auditor, Acting HSE Manager, EH&S Supervisor, EH&S Leader and HSE Manager positions.
- Extensive experience with major GCC organizations and projects including OQ Oman, SADARA (ARAMCO–DOW JV), IBN ZAHR, Saudi Kayan, YANSAB and YANPET.
- Experienced in large-scale, multicultural and multi-contractor workplaces, including 24/7 high-hazard petrochemical operations.
- Strong experience working with management, contractors, supervisors and frontline employees to identify workplace hazards, control occupational risks and improve overall HSE performance.

### OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH & SAFETY

- Strong knowledge and practical experience in Occupational Health & Safety management and workplace hazard prevention.
- Conduct workplace inspections, hazard identification, risk assessments and Job Safety Analysis (JSA/JHA) to identify unsafe conditions and reduce occupational risks.
- Support implementation and continual improvement of Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems, including ISO 45001 requirements.
- Monitor workplace safety practices, PPE compliance and employee adherence to established HSE procedures.
- Support Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems and controls for high-risk work activities.
- Conduct and support incident, accident and near-miss investigations, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive actions.
- Promote occupational injury and illness prevention through inspections, risk controls, workforce engagement and safety awareness.
- Support emergency preparedness, response planning and major-hazard controls.
- Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, HSE awareness programs and workforce training.
- Experienced in heat-stress prevention and occupational exposure awareness in demanding industrial environments.
- Monitor contractor and subcontractor Occupational Health & Safety performance and follow up identified deficiencies.
- Support HSE audits, inspections, performance monitoring, documentation and KPI reporting.
- Promote positive safety culture and employee participation in Occupational Health & Safety programs.
