2.3. The Operator does not guarantee that a Listing is accurate, that a product exists or is available, that a User will fulfil their obligations, or that a transaction will be entered into or completed.
2.4. Users are responsible for independently verifying information about a Listing and the other party, agreeing on the terms of a transaction and deciding whether to enter into it.
3. Registration and account
3.1. Registration and creation of an Account may be required to use certain features.
3.2. Users must provide current and accurate information and update it promptly. Users may not impersonate another person or use another person’s information without a lawful basis.

3.5. A User may stop using the Site and request deletion of their Account by contacting support@adplace.net or using a tool available on the Site. Account deletion may not result in the immediate deletion of information that the Operator is required to retain by law or to protect its rights and legitimate interests.
4. Rules for posting Listings
4.1. Users may post Listings only if they have the necessary rights, permits, licences and other lawful grounds to do so.
4.2. A Listing and all its elements, including text, photos, videos, documents and links, must be lawful, accurate, current and consistent with the actual offer.
4.3. Users must state the material terms of the offer and any information required by applicable law. Contact details in a Listing must be current.

This right applies to the extent necessary to provide and promote the Site’s features and ends when the materials are deleted, except where continued storage is required by law or to protect the Operator’s rights.
