I am not an agency. I am renting out a 2+1+2 apartment, 85 m² net. Pets are allowed. There are two bathrooms, two bedrooms and a kitchen.
The apartment is very bright: 8 windows + balcony glass door. The orientation is north-east-south. In the kitchen there are 3 north-facing windows, the balcony door and one east-facing window. In the large room there are 2 east-facing windows and 1 south-facing window, while in the small room there is 1 south-facing window. From the balcony and the east-facing windows there is a panoramic view of Mount Dajti.
The apartment has only one shared wall with the neighbor (in the small room and bathroom). There are neighbors below, because I am on the top floor. The other three sides are free – no noise problems. There is thermal insulation with stone wool (fire resistant up to 2000°C) and duralumin double-glazed windows.
I lived here myself, so the apartment is furnished with quality furniture and appliances – not for rental, but for myself. There is everything necessary: refrigerator, oven, stove, extractor hood, washing machine, dishwasher, dryer, 55" 4K Smart TV. Air conditioners in all three spaces (kitchen + 2 rooms). The appliances are energy-efficient and quiet. Electricity bills: maximum 8000 lek in winter, minimum 1700 lek.
Included in the rent: kitchen utensils, cutlery, blankets, quilts, sheets. Two beds (one single and one double) with mattresses. Wardrobes in both rooms and the kitchen furniture – as in the photos.
The floor corridor has 4 windows and ventilation.
The apartment is located in the Mangalem 21 complex, Ali Demi, near the New Electric Market. Entrance 3 – the first one when you enter the complex. A total of 5 floors, with 4 apartments per floor (3 residential floors, the second floor is commercial). Schindler elevator, used only by 12 apartments. The lower door is locked with a key.
The apartment becomes available on July 4.
